Cast steel alternative material TFD650HH die-cast holder large products

Casting X - A casting method using digital technology for large and small rod castings, for cost reduction, contact Tomo Steel Industry!!

Original material from Tomi Steel Industry as a substitute for cast steel Features - Developed as an alternative material to cast steel!! - Compared to cast steel, it achieves faster manufacturing lead times and reduces material costs and processing man-hours!! - By maximizing specifications, it achieves high rigidity comparable to steel class!! Reasons for choosing TFD - The crystal structure is fine, making it suitable for thick-walled products - There are no defects such as internal shrinkage cavities, and it has a uniform structure throughout - It has good weldability (maintainability) - High design flexibility can be expected - A model with the same shape as the product can be created in 3D CAD, allowing for near-net shape with minimal machining allowance

Die cast holder fixed

Casting X - A casting method utilizing digital technology for large and small rod castings. For cost reduction, contact Tomotetsu Industry!!

FMC casting creates foam models that are identical in shape to the products using expanded polystyrene, and then produces the products by replacing the foam models with molten metal in a sand mold. This process minimizes the occurrence of burrs and allows for the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to the wooden pattern method. Cost reduction is also achievable with original (steel substitute) materials.
